    • Module 2: Understanding What's Really Fuelling the Conflicts™ - Reading and Navigating the Dynamics Behind the Conflicts You're Seeing. Understand the multiple traps that are often missed - and that can cause conflict to escalate. Join us to learn how to recognize those traps and defuse them before things get out of hand.
      Note: This course is a pre-requisite for the Module 3 Mediation Skills for Accidental Mediators course.

 

    • Module 3: Mediation Skills for Accidental Mediators™ - This course is designed to help you to De-Escalate, Defuse and Resolve Problematic Conflicts between others - before you need to hire professionals. Learn the basic defusing, de-escalation and mediation skills and strategies that mediators use to help resolve tough conflicts.

This program can be adapted to a Professional Level Basic Mediation Certificate Program.
